Award-winning digital marketing firm is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to develop comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales enhancement for local and eCommerce businesses.
  • Perform keyword research and competition analysis.
  • Execute strategies for improving Conversion Rates and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Deep understanding of all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
Preferred Skills:
  • Agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies.
