Field Risk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Risk Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to field operations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The Field Risk Officer plays a critical part in ensuring risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth. This position involves close collaboration with sales teams, operations, and compliance teams.

  • Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities.
  • Investigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the field.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actions.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controls.
  • Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, often in field environments.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software.

Please note that candidates must reside in Bataan, Zambales, or Olongapo to be considered for this role.
