Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Professional to join our team at Anytime Cleaners Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

  • Welcoming visitors and clients, and managing their interactions with our staff.
  • Overseeing the activities of office cleaning staff and maintenance vendors.
  • Typing and proofreading various company documents, including reports and correspondence.
  • Organizing flights, transportation, and accommodation for company executives.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent phone etiquette and a thorough understanding of office management procedures. You should also be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  2. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  3. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  4. Systematically filing important company documents.
  5. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  6. Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  7. Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  8. Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
