Sales Support Professional

The Sales Support Professional will work directly with the Sales Director and be responsible for performing several sales and administrative duties. This role requires a highly self-motivated, professional, flexible individual capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, coordinate executive communications, prepare internal and external corporate documents, schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, arrange corporate events, maintain an organized filing system, uphold confidentiality, and develop a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate executive communications, including responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
• Arrange corporate events outside of the workplace.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
• Experience working in an Australian company is a plus.
• Experience using Hubspot CRM is required.
• Experience working in a logistics and freight forwarding industry is desired.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
