Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Leader to oversee our comprehensive accounting operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory, and payroll.
  • Financial Reporting Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Strategy: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and external audit standards.
  • Internal Controls and Risk Management: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Team Guidance and Collaboration: Provide guidance to the accounting team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
