Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling creative strategies and concepts for Ecom ads that drive results
- Come up with engaging hooks, angles, and visual ideas that speak to the product's core value
- Collaborate with performance and creatives teams to bring vision to life
- Review and analyze performance data to refine ideas and improve future ads
- Stay plugged into trends, competitor ads, and cultural moments to help shape content that cuts through the noise
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist (Ecom Ads)
- Strong creative thinking with a performance-first mindset
- Experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands (preferred)
- Comfortable pitching ideas and explaining the 'why' behind your direction
- Strategic thinker who understands the psychology of online buying behavior
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with a team to bring ideas to life
