Job Title:

Financial Transaction Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a key member of our Global Business Services team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless financial transactions. This position is responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, resolving any discrepancies promptly
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm invoice matches and address any issues efficiently
  • Develop payment proposals for electronic transfers, checks, and wires, adhering to company policy
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues through collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Maintain detailed records of all AP documents, including invoices, approvals, and statements
  • Manage the AP mailbox, addressing inquiries, invoices, and communications professionally and promptly
  • Respond to AP-related inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Generate AP reports as requested by supervisors or managers
  • Audit employee expense reports using the Concur system
  • Develop training materials and resources on expense policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation
