To achieve this vision, we're seeking an exceptional Workforce Manager to join us immediately.
Responsibilities:
- As the lead Workforce Manager, you'll oversee workforce planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels through strategic forecasting models.
- Monitor daily absenteeism and attrition rates, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to place new hires effectively.
- You'll utilize advanced tools such as Lever and MySQL to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring timely removal of tools and system access for exiting employees.
- Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
- Maintain a centralized database of active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
- Provide regular workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
- Active employee count (by job level).
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
- Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
- Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
- Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
- Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
