We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter & People Operations Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, providing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process.
  • People Operations: Support onboarding and ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes.
  • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS; familiarity with platforms like Workable or other.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
