- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners to drive performance and optimize collaboration.
- Routine onboarding tasks for new hires, including background check management and I-9 verification paperwork.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Quality check offer documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with location-specific laws and regulations.
- A college graduate in any 4-year course, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination in high-growth/fast-paced environments.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System and scheduling tools.
- Able to quickly adapt to new tooling and processes for data creation.
- A professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive, ambiguous, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Curious about organizational processes.
