Your Role

As a Customer Service Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Direction
  • You will provide leadership and direction to your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • You will monitor team performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Mentoring and Coaching
  • You will mentor and coach your team members, helping them to develop their skills and abilities.
  • You will provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance.
Problem-Solving and Communication
  • You will work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • You will communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Administrative Tasks
  • You will prepare reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree.
  • Advanced customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in Regal Customer Service operations is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of policy and procedures of the company.
