Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure compliance, keep records up to date, and maintain seamless operations across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employee documentation within software platforms.
  • Monitor and track completion of inductions.
  • Use reports to schedule training and send reminders to maintain workforce compliance.
  • Create and maintain new employee folders.
  • Upload documents into internal systems and other client systems.
  • Maintain compliance records in client systems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other business areas as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in compliance, onboarding, and administration for blue-collar workforces, ideally in construction, mining, or major projects.
  • Skilled in planning, time management, and prioritizing urgent tasks; strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with client platforms (advantageous).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
  • Willing to work full time onsite.
