About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Page Outsourcing. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximizing contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing values. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of talent acquisition and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
