End-to-End Recruitment Excellence

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned functions/businesses within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Line Managers and HRBPs to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment activities, enabling hiring managers to secure top talent at the right time.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor, providing functional expertise, market insights, and solutions to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidate care and provide a positive candidate experience throughout each stage of recruitment.

Delivering End-to-End Talent Acquisition Excellence:

  • Understand the hiring needs of assigned functions/businesses, including position descriptions and candidate criteria.
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders to identify and leverage various sourcing channels, building talent pools for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Execute the end-to-end talent acquisition process, aligning talent pipelines with Succession Planning and identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Candidate Care and Relationship Building:

  • Promote Nestlé employer brand and value proposition by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and resources to prepare for interviews, including details about the interview format, interviewers, and specific requirements.
  • Gather feedback from candidates after interviews and assessments, offering constructive feedback to help candidates understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment of senior-level roles, executive hiring, finance, support functions, and/or technical IT roles.
  • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Culturally sensitive and able to balance corporate culture with regional cultural nuances.
  • Time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Able to manage confidential data/information.
