Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Auditor will be responsible for safeguarding the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across audited deliverables with timely issue identification and communication.
  • Develop and publish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes ensuring the Operations team is properly supported.
  • Update and revise published SOPs annually or as needed to ensure they remain relevant and reflect current processes.
  • Lead data quality and remediation projects initiating cross-functional cleanup efforts resolving over 50% of identified issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an auditor.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills.
