Business Development Professional Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to launch and scale our outbound sales engine. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll optimize our appointment setting process, document and refine outreach systems, book high-quality calls with founders and decision-makers in B2B companies, and prepare for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers
  • Book qualified live calls for our founders using a consultative, problem-led approach
  • Build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides
  • Track and report key performance indicators in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting
  • Support the onboarding and training of new appointment setters as the team grows
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, B2B or outsourcing sales
  • A proven track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Strong cold calling skills - confident handling gatekeepers and objections
  • Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
  • A self-starter mindset - comfortable building processes and working without a pre-set playbook
  • Comfortable starting with a commission-based trial tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
  • A reliable home setup: high-speed internet, modern laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, quality mic or headset
