Senior User Experience Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge web application for issuing virtual prepaid credit cards with cryptocurrency payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that enhances user experience and drives business results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Visual Design: Create high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity and ensure a consistent look and feel across the platform.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech or tech startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with designing for cryptocurrency or financial applications.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices.
