Design Excellence Lead

We seek a visionary designer to spearhead interactive gaming and entertainment experiences. Your innovative designs will shape the look, feel, and usability of products used by thousands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user interfaces for modern gaming and entertainment websites, ensuring mobile-responsive and engaging experiences.
  • Elevate user experience through data-driven design decisions and internal evaluations.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and constructive feedback.
  • Design scalable systems, UI libraries, and reusable components that meet product vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence aligns with product goals.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with a focus on layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
About You
  • Highly skilled in design principles and practices, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with motion design tools is a plus, but not required.
