User Interface Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, designing visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, and collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.
The successful candidate will have experience in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns, excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction, and strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Prior experience with accessibility (WCAG) design is a plus
