Senior User Interface Experience Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team. Your mission will be to craft engaging, intuitive, and delightful online experiences that elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
- Craft detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines for designers and engineers to incorporate design components and patterns into their projects seamlessly.
- Elevate user interfaces to align flawlessly with our brand standards, bringing high-quality user experiences to life.
- Pursue continuous improvement to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal in existing designs.
- Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications for smooth transitions and understanding between design and development teams.
- Grow and expand our design system, tailoring it to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
- Clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
- Create interactive experiences that validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
- Experience: A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showing off best UI design work and some projects you've knocked out of the park.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or anything similar.
- Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and ability to make them better.
- Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
- Documentation: Great at mapping out ideas and drawing up wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning out user flows.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to join forces with developers and product managers to create something amazing.
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for details and pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
- Additional Skills: Strong skills in motion animation, creating illustrations, and icons to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
