Product Leadership Role

This is a highly responsible and dynamic role, ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be leading the charge in transforming global education access, managing day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes.

About the Position

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our CEO to manage workflows, timelines, and resources. Your expertise will help shape our product roadmap and align our teams to deliver effectively.

  • Sprint & Workflow Management: Organise daily product workstreams and agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
  • Quality Control: Partner with our CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases, lead testing cycles, and QA processes.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap, translating strategic goals into executable development plans.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Oversee our Manila-based team, tracking and managing workflows, resourcing, and output.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment, leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators, providing reports to leadership and using data to inform planning decisions.
Key Qualifications

We seek a highly organised and self-motivated individual with ownership and accountability. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience in product management, project delivery, or related roles, and possess strong organisational and planning skills.

  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills, ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with remote teams, manage capacity, prioritise tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement.
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment, able to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
