Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Amazon Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

As an Amazon Specialist, you will be the go-to person for uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently. You will also perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized. Additionally, you will verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written communication skills. If you have experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central, are proficient in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and can work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management
