Job Title: Project Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to support project management activities and ensure that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and on time.

This involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
  • Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts, and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
  • Documentation: Review work orders to ensure all necessary information is available and maintain accurate records and documentation related to work orders
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of work orders, ensuring response-time targets and service quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Coordination Experience: At least 1 year of experience in project coordination
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrates the ability to improve operational processes and follow structured project workflows
  • Teamwork: Collaborates well with team members and provides guidance when needed
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in planning, organizing, and monitoring tasks using project management tools and proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
