About the Role:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the effective execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

This position involves maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Additionally, the Project Coordinator assists in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables, track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines, and assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports daily coordination of project activities and deliverables
  • Tracks project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assists in planning meetings, takes notes, and manages follow-ups
  • Maintains and regularly updates project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Cordinates communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Prepares draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitors workstream progress and flags risks or potential delays
  • Helps track contract or grant compliance and maintains related documentation
  • Organizes and manages shared folders and files to ensure proper version control
  • Provides administrative support to project managers and technical leads
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
