
Drones Field Growth Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team as a Drone Partner Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential drone partners, conducting outreach efforts, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and Identification: Utilize industry databases and referrals to research potential drone partners, including freelancers and companies.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to introduce our drone partner program and promote the benefits of partnership.
- Lead Qualification: Assess experience, equipment, and availability of potential partners to determine their suitability for our program.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Scheduling Discovery Calls: Schedule discovery calls to explain our business model and partnership opportunities to potential partners.
- Gathering Insights: Gather insights into potential partners' inspection experience and willingness to collaborate.
- High-Potential Candidates: Identify high-potential candidates and pass them to our Drone Partner Recruitment Manager.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with drone operators to foster engagement and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Drone Partner Recruitment and Operations Teams.
- Performance Metrics: Track lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics.
- Industry Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends and outreach effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, sales development, or recruitment, and a technical interest in drone and inspection technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for conducting discovery calls and building new connections.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the drone industry and the ability to build rapport with potential partners. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide regular updates on their progress.
