Marketing Support Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our team in developing engaging content, maintaining communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

  • Design and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Monday.com.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, strong English verbal and written skills, experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
