Job Summary

A key member of our team, the Marketing & Design Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing tasks and freeing up our Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and sales.

  • Creating, updating, and formatting promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and seasonal collateral.
  • Designing and updating catalogues using existing templates or creating new layouts.
  • Producing and updating business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork.
  • Preparing fleet signage concepts and liaising with suppliers.
  • Managing website content updates including images, product info, and basic copy changes.
  • Scheduling and posting social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Sourcing promotional gear/merchandise and researching suppliers.
  • Liaising with printers, merchandise suppliers, and other third parties to ensure smooth production.
  • Performing light photo editing tasks such as background cleanup and colour correction.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas and not just execute tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some NZ time zone overlap (3–4 hours).
  • Part-time role: 2–4 hours/day (hours may grow over time).
  • Long-term, stable role for the right person.
