We are seeking a skilled recruiter to fill our Legal Recruitment role. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for connecting top legal talent with the right opportunities.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for legal roles, including private practice and in-house positions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms, networks, and referrals to find the best fit for our clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the legal industry.
  • The ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
