The Compensation and Benefits Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate compensation and benefits strategies.
Job Description Summary:- Lead internal/external market analysis to develop pay ranges, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive practices.
- Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to manage global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
- Design and manage regional benefits programs, including administration.
- Collaborate with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar tools is a plus.
