  • Manage up to 8 direct reports, providing clear instructions, project oversight, and regular feedback.
  • Conduct weekly team huddles, staffing reviews, and performance assessments to foster growth and accountability.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL or similar.
  • Certifications (preferred but not required): PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
