Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the end-to-end QA delivery across multiple client projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams including testers, automation engineers, and business analysts to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement structured QA methodologies and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT, particularly in QA leadership roles, with a proven track record in insurance or healthcare domains. A strong understanding of QA fundamentals, test strategy, and automation tools is essential.

Key Qualifications
  • 15-20+ years of experience in IT with at least 10 years in QA leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in insurance or healthcare domains.
  • Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, test strategy, and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, JMeter).
  • Experience managing large teams and complex delivery programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
