Shopify Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Marketing Coordinator to support our client's marketing efforts. This role involves managing multiple product variations, creating engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify, email campaign execution, and digital content creation. They should be skilled in using Asana for task management, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva templates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools
    • Manage product uploads, product page creation, and SEO-optimized descriptions on Shopify
    • Incorporate graphics into email campaigns using Adobe Photoshop and Canva templates
    • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency
    • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
  • Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, product page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Skilled in using Asana (or other PM tools) to manage daily tasks
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience
