SEO Specialist Job Description\

This is a remote position as an Independent Contractor. The SEO Specialist will drive organic traffic growth through smart and well-executed SEO strategies.

The successful candidate will own on-page and technical SEO: metadata, speed optimization, site architecture. They will conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content for better search rankings.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing SEO with measurable results. They must be proficient with Shopify and have expert-level knowledge of both SEO and Google Ads.

A strategic thinker who thrives on results and knows their way around Shopify and Google Ads is required for this role.

\Responsibilities\

  • Drive organic traffic growth through smart and well-executed SEO strategies\
  • Own on-page and technical SEO: metadata, speed optimization, site architecture\
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content for better search rankings\
  • Track, analyze, and improve performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console\
  • Own and lead all Google Ads campaigns\
  • Align ad strategies with broader marketing and revenue goals\
  • Build out high-performing campaigns with sharp copy, strong segmentation, and responsive assets\
  • Manage manual bidding, budget pacing, and campaign scaling for ROI-driven growth\
  • Run continuous A/B tests and performance optimizations\
  • Provide high-level reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations\\[/ul]\
