Role Summary:

The Performance Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of revenue-generating units, assisting senior management in identifying variances between actual and budgeted performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports on unit performance, comparing actual results to budgeted targets
  • Account for and reconcile variances between estimated and actual income or loss, ensuring proper resolutions of issues
  • Coordinate with Treasury Accounting Division and Datawarehouse Division to investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop and implement tools and solutions to improve reporting processes and address new business requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of the HNWI newsletter and annual budget of units in the Sector

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field
  • CPA holder is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting, preferably in banking and treasury
  • Strong excel, analytical and excellent communication skills

  • Reporting, administrative writing, organization, problem-solving, and communication
