Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and investigating data, providing explanations and interpretations within their area of expertise, and making recommendations to improve performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing historical data to identify trends and patterns
  • Providing reports to applicable audiences on workforce metrics and data
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to review current performance data and identify coverage opportunities
  • Managing service level and abandon rates, schedule and break adherence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Workforce Real-Time Analyst (RTA) & Scheduling in a BPO environment
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel skills, with experience in developing dashboards and visualizations
  • Proficiency in workforce management tools such as NICE IEX, Aspect, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage huge amounts of data in Excel and use SQL in pulling queries from these Excel files
