Join a challenging opportunity as a Zoho Manager where you will be responsible for migrating our jewelry company's operations to Zoho. You will lead the migration of inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
