Lead Digital Marketer Role

We seek a highly skilled and creative Lead Digital Marketer to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

The successful candidate will have excellent video editing and graphic design skills, with experience in creating engaging content for various platforms. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.

  • Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and post high-quality content across multiple social platforms
    • Implement effective content calendars and schedules using best practices
    • Research and apply the latest social media trends and platform features
  • Content Creation:
    • Edit and produce engaging video content for diverse platforms (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
    • Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Community Building:
    • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and other interactions
    • Foster a positive and growing online community
  • Trend Analysis & Strategy:
    • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
    • Develop strategic recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Website Support (Training Provided):
    • Optional: Complete Wix Certification program (paid training provided)
    • Assist with minor website updates and edits on our Wix-based platform
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and content creation
    • Strong video editing and graphic design skills, including proficiency in Reels, stories, carousels, and more
    • Familiarity with key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized, reliable, and proactive work ethic
    • Able to learn quickly and manage tasks independently
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
    • Experience with Wix or interest in becoming Wix Certified
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and/or analytics tools
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
