Job Opportunity

This role is designed for individuals who excel in combining digital marketing strategies with brand design expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, campaign setup, and analytics, as well as experience in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Built and optimize campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages using HubSpot.
  • Develop high-quality creative assets, such as ads, carousels, slide decks, and workbooks.
  • Content Creation:
  • Write and format engaging blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to create video posts.
  • Lead Operations:
  • Import leads from Predictive Index and research ICP fit of all leads.
  • Provide lead scoring and notes for the business development manager.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.
  • Recommend ideas for optimization or creative experimentation.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting engaging content.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Personality Fit:
    • Organized, proactive, and outcome-focused.
    • Enjoys creative ownership but works collaboratively with a team.
    • Confident communicator — written and visual.
    • High standards for quality, accuracy, and alignment.

This is a remote opportunity that requires independent contractor engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to disclose any existing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile.
