Administrative Assistant Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Access Frontier Technologies, Inc.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of various departments.
  • Assisting in the implementation of office management systems and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physically and digitally.
  • Developing and implementing effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration, or a related field, is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, demonstrating expertise in office management and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other common computer software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
