Business Opportunity

A seasoned Business Analyst is required to drive business performance and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, developing solutions to meet those needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • The role involves working closely with designers, developers, and QA to develop effective strategies and test plans.
  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborating with Product Manager, Project Manager, and SMEs to clarify scope and requirements.
  • Supporting the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes.

This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM schedule.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.

Good-To-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with UML diagrams and pseudo code.
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards and AWS/WordPress platforms.
