Job Description:

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in key regions and markets. This includes developing and executing national sales strategies, leading a national sales team, and building strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine a national sales strategy that meets company goals and targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas by driving sales growth in key regions and markets.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the sales budget and track sales performance against forecast.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market insights to higher management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
