As a National Sales Manager at LLAM Trading, you will be responsible for leading our medical devices portfolio team to drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute national sales strategies, lead a national sales team, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a national sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with company goals and targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth in key regions and markets to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and assess new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual sales forecasts and manage sales budgets to track and analyze sales performance against budget.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to higher management.
