Hotel Security Specialist

As a Hotel Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. Every day is different, but your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular patrols of hotel premises to deter and detect any potential security risks.">
  • Responding to security-related incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.">
  • Assisting with investigations into security incidents and collaborating with senior security staff and management to address any issues that may arise.">
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all security activities, including daily log entries, incident reports, and patrol records.">
  • Providing security training and awareness programs for hotel staff to promote a proactive approach to safety and security.">
  • Working closely with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to implement effective security measures and foster a secure environment.

What We Require

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a security-related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.">
  • Foundational knowledge of security procedures and relevant local regulations.">
  • Experience in conducting security patrols and documenting activities and incidents.">
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.">
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.">
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and composed manner.
