Job Title:

A seasoned NetSuite Project Manager is required to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills are essential to develop project plans, allocate resources, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Expertise in NetSuite modules and functionalities is crucial for effective project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead multiple NetSuite projects concurrently from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage project resources and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
