Job Overview As a specialist in operations implementation, you will play a crucial role in automating and simplifying the creation of end-to-end privacy management programs for global organizations. You will be responsible for implementing and setting up clients on our products, ensuring their success with high-quality technical support and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team to implement and set up clients on our products.
  • Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshoot to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to guarantee timely task delivery.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Additionally, you should possess front-end web development experience and advanced knowledge of various tools such as Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and others. A strong understanding of technological platforms, particularly online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile, is also essential. You must be able to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations and have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel. Furthermore, a strong command of standard American English grammar and usage is required, along with a keen eye for detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions.
