We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to drive efficient solutions for key accounts.

This position requires a data-minded individual who can dive deep into details and provide actionable insights.

  • Analyzing data to generate comprehensive reports weekly
  • Source new reports to inform and increase client stickiness to the offering
  • Anticipating possible issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance, and presenting solutions to detect, eliminate, or fix them promptly
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience
  • Managing and organizing projects to ensure timely completion

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments with 3PL expertise
