Compiti Principali:">
  • ">
  • Predisidere il punto 'Informazioni' nel Salone smistando le richieste verso Venditori o verso altro personale aziendale;
  • Accogliere i Clienti al loro ingresso in salone, introdurli nell'ambiente e metterli immediatamente a proprio agio;
  • Rendere gradevole l'attesa del Cliente offrendo un giornale, intrattenendosi a conversare con lui nei momenti che precedono il contatto con il venditore;
  • Cercare di comprendere le necessità dei Clienti in modo discreto, ma al tempo stesso concreto e pro-attivo; fornitore informazioni materiali (depliant, brochure) relativi ai prodotti e servizi Mercedes Benz.
  • Assegnare ai Venditori (liberi) i Clienti non ancora assegnati con il criterio della rotazione, bilanciando il numero di contatti forniti al giorno a venditore;
  • Se necessario, provvedere a contattare telefonicamente i venditori qualora non siano presenti in salone;
  • Fornire indicazioni alle aree dedicate se desiderato dal cliente, accompagnarlo eventualmente verso la zona.
