Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team. As a remote customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner, researching and retrieving information to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and processing claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures, protecting customer privacy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, and staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have prior call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
