This role involves providing essential service and support by preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts.
- Provide data entry and drafting services according to standard procedures.
- Identify and order searches required for client's property depending on type of property and sale and its location.
- Establish rapport and build trust with clients during all stages of communication.
- Gather personal and confidential information from Australian clients and encode it appropriately in the system.
- Communicate and update relevant parties within the internal team with the progress of the contract draft.
- Create and/or update records with new files and information.
Candidates must have experience working with legal concepts, definitions, and documentation. They should also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to anticipate the needs of team members and clients.
- 1-2 years direct customer contact (written and phone based) experience working with Aust/NZ, US or UK customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications to various stakeholders, including team members and clients.
- Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Efficient – able to handle multiple demands while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Perseverance and commitment.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a high-performing team.
This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is conducive and meets certain requirements.
