
Senior Document Management Specialist

Our organization is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing program management and facilities engineering services worldwide.
The ideal candidate will support the management and submission of all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables as a Document Coordinator.
This nationwide project requires someone willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.
This position is contingent upon the award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Track and manage CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation.
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records.
- Archive and organize documents according to contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation.
- Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
- Communicate document requirements and changes across departments.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts.
- Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
